Add A New Contract

This guide will walk you through the process of creating a new contract in oboloo.

Tip: The creator of a contract record is automatically added as a contract owner.

Steps to Add a New Contract

Step 1: Access Contract Management

  1. Navigate to the Contract Management page from the left-hand menu.

Step 2: Add New Contract

  1. Click on the Add New Contract button located above the contract table at the bottom of the page.

Step 3: Fill Out Contract Details

  1. Fill out the contract details in the popup that appears on the right-hand side.

Tip:  To add a new a contract type, go to settings >configurations

Step 4: Submit Contract Information

  1. Once you have entered all the necessary information, click the Add Contract button to save the new contract.

Step 5: Add More Information (Optional)

  1. A new popup will appear asking, "Would you like to add more information against your new contract?" If you want to add more information, click Yes on this popup. You will be redirected to the contract's profile page where you can add additional details, upload or request contract documentation from your supplier and assign other users as contract owners.

By following these steps, you can successfully add a new contract in oboloo and ensure that all necessary information is captured and managed effectively.
