Upgrading to a Paid Plan on oboloo

Congratulations on deciding to upgrade your oboloo experience! This guide will walk you through the process of upgrading to a paid plan. Follow these simple steps to choose the best plan for your organization.

Upgrading Your Plan 

You can upgrade to a monthly or annual plan at any time. Here’s how:

  1. Access Account Management: Expand the "Settings" menu on the left-hand main menu ad select "Account Management."
  2. Initiate the Upgrade: Click on the "Upgrade" button located either under "Account Management" or at the top of the page.
  3. Choose Your Plan: You will be redirected to oboloo's pricing plans. Select either the monthly or annual plan. Note that choosing the annual plan will save you 16% per year.
  4. Payment Options: You can pay either by credit card, using Stripes secure checkout or choose to pay by invoice, which will notify a member of the oboloo support team to get in touch with you for further processing.
  5. Select Quantity of Users: On the checkout page, make sure to select the quantity of users you wish to purchase.
  6. Tax Calculation: Tax is automatically calculated based on your location.
  7. Confirm and Complete: Follow the prompts to confirm your upgrade and complete the checkout process.
  8. Assign Licences To Users: Once you have upgraded, you will need to assign users licences to access oboloo, including those that were invited during the trial period if you wish for them to continue accessing oboloo. You will be redirected after the checkout page to the users page where instructions will be given to assign these licences. By default, the primary user who upgraded to the paid plan is already assigned a licence.
