Managing Your Payment Method
Access Account Management: Go to the "Settings" menu on the left-hand main menu and select "Account Management."
Manage Subscription and Billing: Click on the "Manage subscription and billing" button. You will be redirected to the customer portal hosted by Stripe.
Login to Stripe Customer Portal: The user who originally signed up for the trial needs to manage the organization’s subscription and billing. Input the primary user's email address into the Stripe customer portal. A login link will be sent to that email address. Click the link to access the portal.
View Payment Methods: In the customer portal, navigate to the section where you can view your payment methods on file.
Edit Payment Methods: You can edit existing payment methods, remove outdated ones, or add new payment methods. Assign a default payment method to ensure the correct method is charged for future transactions.
Save Changes: Confirm any changes or additions you make to your payment methods. The updated payment information will be saved and used for future billing cycles.
Important Notes
Primary User Requirement: Only the email of the user who originally signed up for the trial can access the customer portal. If you need to change the primary user on the account, please reach out to support.
Default Payment Method: Ensure you assign a default payment method to avoid any billing issues.
Security: All payment information is securely managed within the Stripe customer portal.
