Accessing the Supplier Compliance Page
- Click on Supplier Management on the main left-hand menu and then click on the submenu Supplier Compliance.
Using the Supplier Compliance Page
Step 1: Viewing Suppliers
- The default view displays a list of all suppliers, if they have a contract against them, the number of documents they have which have either expired or need approving and their latest performance, risk and sustainability scores.
Step 2: Filtering Suppliers
- Filter by Type and Category: Narrow down your suppliers by selecting specific types or categories.
Step 3: Adding and Removing Columns
- Customizing Columns: Click on one of the blue buttons (General, Scorecards and Documents) to add or remove columns based on the parameters you want to view.
- Parameters Available:
- Preferred supplier status
- Contracts status
- Performance scores
- Risk scores
- Sustainability scores
- Expired documents (only approved documents are displayed)
- Documents pending approval
