Cancelling Your oboloo Subscription

We’re sorry to see you go! This guide will walk you through the process of cancelling your subscription using our Stripe customer portal. Please reach out to your oboloo Account Manager or support if you wish to discuss your oboloo subscription.

Cancelling Your Subscription

Access Account Management: Go to the "Settings" menu on the left-hand main menu and select "Account Management."

Manage Subscription and Billing: Click on the "Manage subscription and billing" button. You will be redirected to the customer portal hosted by Stripe.

Login to Stripe Customer Portal: The user who originally signed up for the trial needs to manage the organization’s subscription and billing. Input the primary user's email address into the Stripe customer portal. A login link will be sent to that email address. Click the link to access the portal.

Cancel Subscription: In the customer portal, find and click the "Cancel Subscription" button.

Confirm Cancellation: Once you confirm cancellation, your subscription will end for all users with a license on your next billing date. You will retain access to oboloo until that date.

Reactivating Subscription: If you change your mind, you can come back to the customer portal to reactivate your subscription if needed.

Important Notes

Primary User Requirement: Only the email of the user who originally signed up for the trial can access the customer portal. If you need to change the primary user on the account, please reach out to support.

Access Until Billing Date: After cancellation, you will still have access to oboloo until your next billing date. All user licenses will remain active until then.

Reactivation: You can reactivate your subscription anytime by logging back into the customer portal and following the prompts.
